Red Curry Dumpling Soup

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 2 cups Miso Bone Broth Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 12-15 frozen dumplings (I used @mushiki_dumplings)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots (thinly sliced or julienned)
  • 1 cup bok choy
  • Fresh coriander or green onions for garnish

This recipe couldn’t be easier! Just toss everything into a pot and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve it with a some chili oil 🌶️ for an extra kick!
