2 eggs
Sesame seeds
Pork:
4 pork loins
1 tsp Miso Paste
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic
15g Ginger
METHOD
1: Thinly slice your garlic and ginger. Place them in a large bowl and mix in your miso paste and soy sauce. Place your pork loins in the bowl and cover them with the sauce. Set aside to marinate.
2: Using a large pot, pour in 1.5L of boiling water. Next, add your Best of the Bone Organic Miso and mix until fully dissolved. Leave on medium heat.
3: Thinly slice the green onion, garlic, and ginger and add them to the pot with the soy sauce, tahini, sesame oil, and chilli oil. Stir well and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
4: In a separate pot, bring water to the boil. Once boiling, blanch your bok choy for 2 minutes, then set aside. Using the same pot, place your eggs and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool. Next, add your ramen noodles and cook according to instructions.
5: Next, it’s time to cook your pork loins. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook your pork lions for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked. Rest and slice.
6: Peel your boiled eggs and cut them in half.
7: Using 4 deep bowls, place noodles in first, followed by three ladles of broth. Next, add your bok choy, egg, and pork slices, and top with spring onion, sesame seeds, and extra chilli oil if you love spice!
