I’m addicted to this yummy bone broth, it’s my go to after a glass of water and it makes me o all warm and fuzzy on the inside as well as takes my pain down a couple of notches which I’m very thankful for.

In the smoothie they go. I open up 4 capsules every morning and pour into my protein smoothie. Wouldn't know they were in there taste wise. Looking forward to seeing the results.

There is bone broth and then there is this, I make my own broth, but as I was wanting to have more each day it would mean constantly getting bones and making it. The use of marrow bones give this a beautiful creaminess, I actually think I am addicted. When I was researching it said Best of the Bone is the gold standard.
Its actually really nice! I was surprised how much I like it. I use this in cooking or put a heaped teaspoon in hot water to sip. It tastes great and I find myself really enjoying having it as a hot drink at night in front of the TV. I didnt expect to like it this much, but its really nice. I highly recommend it.
