FROM STONE AGE
TO BONE AGE

This is a story about bone broth

It doesn’t begin in our parents’ garage, or at a kitchen table late one fateful night. It didn’t come to us in a broth-induced euphoric fever dream, or as an accidental miracle discovery cure for baldness (although, admittedly, the collagen in bone broth is great for hair).

It began when we decided we liked bone broth so much we wanted to make it for ourselves.

SERIOUSLY.
But we’re the first to admit it’s not going to solve the world’s housing crisis. However, our bone broths are nutrient dense and taste great as bases for soups and stews or risottos and curries or gravies (or just simply in a mug with some hot water), which we think is a statement in itself.
WE'RE OBSESSED.

SIMMERED DOWN FOR THE ENTIRETY OF HUMAN EXISTANCE

Some may consider it just another fad. But once you know this “fad” dates back some 2.5 millions years to the Stone Age; or 2500 years to the early Chinese medicuralists; or two-and-a-half minutes, to when you Googled “hangover cure” and you ended up here, on this sentence, you begin to theorise that time actually equals broth. Therefore, the entirety of human existence is not measured in time, but broth.

Make Sense To Us.

Local Organic Ingredients

We don’t source trending ingredients only found in remote mountainous areas, or descend into underwater trenches to swab the cheeks of some prehistoric fish for some rare enzyme. But we do buy organic produce from and hold longstanding relationship with local farmers we trust. What we’re trying to say is: our bone broth is just bone broth. And when you boil it down to something as simple as that, we think that’s enough.
