Summer Greens & Charred Corn Salad

Ingredients:
Salad:
- 2 heads butter lettuce, torn
- 2 cups charred corn (about 3 ears)
- 1 large avocado, cubed
- 1 cucumber, ribboned
- ½ cup mixed herbs (mint, basil, coriander)
Manuka Honey & Cinnamon Bone Broth Citrus-Chili Dressing:
- ¼ cup Manuka Honey & Cinnamon Bone Broth
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Zest + juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small chili, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt + pepper, to taste

Char the Corn: Grill or pan-sear the corn until golden and smoky. Slice off kernels once cool.

Prep the Salad Base: Add butter lettuce, avocado cubes, cucumber ribbons, and fresh herbs to a large bowl.

Make the Dressing: Whisk or shake together bone broth, honey, olive oil, lime zest + juice,, chili, Dijon, salt, and pepper.

Assemble: Add charred corn to the greens. Pour over the dressing. Toss gently.
