SALTED CARAMEL BONE BROTH ICECREAM
No-more ice cream guilt! Enjoy this clean, natural and collagen-rich salted caramel ice cream all summer long. With 20g of collagen, each scoop will deliver gut, joint and skin glow, while cooling the summer sizzle.
Ingredients:
- 400ml milk of choice
- 2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
- 1-2 tablespoons Best of the Bone Original Bone Broth Concentrate (to your taste preference)
- 1 tablespoon Best of the Bone Multi Collagen Protein
- 5 dates
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Method:
- Add milk, Greek yoghurt, bone broth concentrate, collagen protein powder, dates an maple syrup to a blender.
- Blitz ingredients together for 30 seconds or until dates are reduced to fine pieces.
- Pour into Ninja Creami tub. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Remove from freezer at least 24 hours later. Add tub to Ninja Creami and set to ‘ice cream mode’.

Serve immediately with your choice of toppings. We sprinkled ours with chopped pistachios and extra maple syrup!
Please note, as this recipe is made from wholefoods with no gums or thickeners, ice cream will naturally melt quickly. Best enjoyed quickly - which won’t be hard as this recipe is DELICIOUS!
