Red Curry Dumpling Soup
Here’s what you need:
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 2 tsp Miso Bone Broth Concentrate
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12-15 frozen dumplings (I used @mushiki_dumplings)
- 1 cup sliced carrots (thinly sliced or julienned)
- 1 cup bok choy
- Fresh coriander or green onions for garnish
This recipe couldn’t be easier! Just toss everything into a pot and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve it with a some chili oil 🌶️ for an extra kick!
Mix the 2 tsp of Miso Concentrate with 2 cups of hot water for a un-miso-able stock for your soup!
