Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter Brothy Protein Balls
Your weekly work snack just had a collagen-rich upgrade! Make these Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter Brothy Protein Balls for a moreish, sweet moment that’ll have your skin glowing and guts singing.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup rice crisps
- 2 tbsp Best of the Bone Collagen Protein Powder
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Best of the Bone Original Bone Broth
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 180g Dark Chocolate, melted
Method:
- In a bowl, combine the coconut flour, rice crisps, collagen protein powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, bone broth and melted coconut oil. Mix with a wooden spoon until a sticky, dough-like mixture forms.
- Scoop enough mixture to form a 5 cm ball. Roll between your hands until smooth and evenly shaped.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe glass container, or over a pot of simmering water using a heat proof bowl.
- Coat each ball in the melted chocolate and place on a lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
